HSA/FSA Plans accepted. (Health Savings Account)

Many can use the payment card provided to them.

Patients without an HSA card need a referral from their doctor detailing the following:

How many sessions are needed

The duration time for each treatment

How long the treatments will be provided (months, weeks, etc.)

The referring doctor's name and NPI number

Multiple insurances accepted

We work with the Federal Government Employees Worker Compensation program.

A referral from the patient’s doctor is needed.
